What we collect
To assess and fulfill your request, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, optional email, service address, service choice, detergent preference, scheduling notes, your terms acknowledgment, request and order history, payment status, and our operational communications with you.
Please don't send card details, government identifiers, medical diagnoses, or other sensitive information in form notes, texts, or email. We don't ask for those through the website.
How we use it
We use your information to review your service area and item fit, confirm a pickup window and return deadline, coordinate fulfillment, invoice for completed service, and respond to any service issue. We may contact you about your request, pickup, processing questions, invoice, return delivery, and service issues using the contact information you provide.
Operational communication is not permission for unrelated marketing. Marketing email or SMS, if introduced later, would require a separate optional consent with an opt-out.
Where it lives
GoHighLevel is our customer-operations system and the system of record for requests and orders. Access is limited to authorized operators and protected with multi-factor authentication where available. We don't place customer details in public URLs, analytics, website logs, screenshots, or public documents.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers needed to run the business — website hosting, our CRM and communications platform (GoHighLevel), payment processing, and fulfillment — and only as needed for their role. We don't sell your information.
Analytics and tracking
By default the site uses no advertising pixels or cookie banners. If any analytics are enabled, they count high-level activity without personal information. (Being finalized: whether any analytics will be enabled for the pilot.)
Retention and deletion
We keep request and order records for as long as needed to operate the pilot and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then remove them.
